Return Policy:

We offer a 06-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. No refund will be processed if the product tag/seal is tampered with or broken.

Refunds are subject to the inspection of returned items. Two-way shipping charges ₹160, and an order placed on COD is liable for COD charges @₹50 deduction from the refund amount.  

In cases where items are missing from return orders, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund, including promotional products like gifts or special discounted amounts.

 

Warranty Policy

At INC63, we take pride in offering high-quality, long-lasting jewelry. To ensure customer satisfaction, select products are covered under our 1-Year Polish Warranty.

What’s Covered?

  • Our 1-Year Polish Warranty applies if the polish fades under normal usage conditions—without exposure to:
    • Chemicals (perfumes, deodorants, lotions)
    • Saltwater or sweat
    • Extreme temperatures
    • Rough usage or frequent brushing against surfaces
    • Hard cleaning agents
    • Being left open and unattended for a long time


Important Note:

Failure to follow INC63’s Jewelry Care Guidelines will result in non-acceptance of the claim.

How to Claim Warranty?

1. Report the Issue: Share clear photos of the jewelry along with:

  • Order details
  • Phone number used at the time of ordering
  • Email ID used to place the order

2. Inspection & Approval: If the issue is found genuine, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

3. Refurbishment: The jewelry will be re-polished and sent back within 2 weeks (+ delivery time).

Alternative Option

Instead of refurbishment, you can opt for a flat 50% discount on the same or a similar product range. We’ll provide a special discount coupon that can be used on your next purchase.

 

 

Refund Policy: 

Refunds are initiated upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.

Replacement & Exchange: Replacement or exchange requests can be made under the same conditions as returns. Replacement shipments are sent after the original return has been received.

Return Process: Initiate a return request through our website, or contact our Customer Support team at varenyaenterprises012@gmail.com for assistance. Ensure availability for reverse pick-up to avoid delays.

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

For issues like receiving an empty parcel or missing product, contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery with a 360-degree unpacking video. Claims without sufficient evidence or signs of tampering may not be honoured, and the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
